The hardware can be flawless and the rollout can still fail, because adoption is a people problem, not a sensor problem.
When alarms fire too often, or fire without context, operators learn to tune them out. When a system is introduced without preparing the people who have to live with it, trust never forms. And when an operation isn't ready — process, culture, and leadership aligned — even the best technology lands in an environment that can't absorb it.

This is the part of a technology rollout that's easiest to underestimate and most expensive to get wrong. The detection range is rarely the thing standing between you and a safer operation. Operational readiness usually is.
